The City of Splendors or CoS is an sovereign country and microstate. This artificial island located at the center of Sonora, just off the tip of the Sonoran Peninsula. It is the home of the Empress and largely heralded as the current cradle of innovation in Sibyl. The city is well fortified and precious few are allowed past the gates.

Populated by elites, academics, and the like, it’s renowned for being on the cutting edge of fantastical technology, medicine, and magical trinkets.
