The injo are the most recent race to emerge in Sibyl. Though race is used loosely, as they have no unified culture, language, or land- the race is still in its years of infancy, having just been invented in the past couple of years.

Injo are artificial creations made of physical material (like soil, mineral, metal, wood, etc) and a magical core. Originally invented for labor, many injo soon learned and developed consciousness due to the sheer power of their cores. There are still injo with weaker cores who don’t have the same sentience or thought processing power as their more magical siblings.

Being such a new and rare race, one developing so quickly at that, the ethics of creating and enlisting injo to work hasn’t quite caught up with the times.

Physical Description

Injo come in a large range of shapes and sizes as it is down to the materials, their cores, and their creators' vision. They can range from crude clay creatures to fully articulated and meticulously crafted bodies of precious material. Though they are generally made to be humanoid, they don't necessarily need to be.

The more powerful the core the more material it can support and the larger, or the more intelligent the injo can be. Injo magical cores are based on elements, which element powers them is highly dependent on what their creator has in mind for them and their purpose.

As of right now, their lifespans are indeterminate.

Range and Population

Injo are quite rare as they are quite straining on an alchemist to create- taking both physical materials that must be harvested or bought as well as tremendous magic. Those that do exist, exist in large, scientifically advanced, cities such as the City of Splendors.

To The Core
Once per session, Injo can spend 1 AP to supercharge their core, landing a 3 damage elemental flavored hit.

Sinking Feeling
Weighed down by their artificial bodies and heavy core, Injo cannot swim. They just sink.
